The Service is operated by Salestrics Inc. ("Salestrics," "we," "us," or "our"). PraiseEngine is a Salestrics product for collecting, moderating, and publishing customer reviews.

Account information

When you register, we collect details such as your name, email address, company name, billing information, and account preferences.

Customer and review content

When your customers use PraiseEngine, we process review responses, interview answers, names, job titles, company names, ratings, and other content they submit ("Review Content"). If customers use AI-guided interviews, we also process their responses to generate draft review text.

Usage and technical data

We collect information about how the Service is used, including log data, device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, widget interactions, and diagnostic data needed to operate and secure the platform.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, measure performance, and protect against abuse. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function properly without them.

Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
Process AI-guided interviews and generate draft reviews from customer responses

4. AI processing

PraiseEngine uses artificial intelligence to conduct adaptive interviews and draft review text from customer-provided responses. AI processing is limited to the information customers submit. Customers approve AI-generated drafts before they are sent for business moderation. We do not use Review Content to train public-facing AI models for unrelated purposes.

5. How we share information

We may share information with:

Service providers that help us host infrastructure, process payments, send email, analyze performance, or provide customer support
Your published channels when you approve reviews for display on your website widgets or public review profiles
Team members and agencies you authorize within your PraiseEngine workspace
Legal and safety recipients when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security
Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards

We do not sell personal information.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary based on account status, plan type, and legal requirements.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
